How do I care for my rug?
We recommend unpacking the rug immediately after delivery. This will help minimize any creases or marks from the rolled up carpet. The rug will need to lie flat for a few days to remove any creases created during shipping.
For cleaning, if you have the space, take it outside and shake it vigorously at least once every two weeks.
If the rug is too large and/or you don't have the space, you can just vacuum it once a week. Do not vacuum with a brush, rotating attachment, or anything that can pull natural fibers. Vacuum on low power and use a flat nozzle. For high pile carpets, vacuum in the direction of the pile and lift the nozzle after each movement.
Feel free to flip the carpet over and vacuum the back side to remove anything deep in the pile.
We suggest that you replace your carpet every 3-6 months and/or clean furniture that sits on top of the carpet and vacuum to avoid bacteria buildup in areas where foot traffic or sunlight is restricted.
If you spill something on the carpet, spot cleaning can be done. Use water and non-chemical soap and blot with a towel.
Moulting is completely normal since we are using natural wool fibers. It should pass within a few weeks of delivery. If during the life of the rug you notice that any knot has unraveled, please do not pull on the wool. Simply cut the knot out.
Please note that rug colors fade over time when exposed to direct sunlight. (You should not be over 27c)
How will my rug age?
With proper care and regular cleaning, these carpets can last for decades. When dirt builds up in the carpet, it can break down the fibers, causing the carpet to age and weaken. We recommend having your carpet professionally cleaned every five years. If you need help finding a reliable cleaning company, contact us at [email protected]

Do I need a rug pad?
It is certainly nice to have, but not always necessary. A mat is an extra precaution for those with slippery floors, and/or it preserves the quality of both the carpet and the floor. We don't sell mats, but would be happy to recommend a few brands if you'd like to email us at [email protected]
Can I order a sold out rug?
If an item is sold out, don't worry. Email us at [email protected] and we will work with a craftsman to make and/or deliver a similar handmade rug that will be delivered to you within two months.
I want a style, size or color I don't see, what should I do?
If you don't see what you're looking for, just email us at [email protected]. Keep in mind that we source directly from artisans, so prices may vary.

Where can I see a rug in person?
If you are in Khenifra, please email us at [email protected] and we will arrange an appointment. Otherwise, here are samples you can order to get an idea of the texture and feel of the carpet.
Will my rug be exactly how it looks in the picture?
Mandatory!!! We photograph all of our rugs in natural light. Please allow for slight differences in color depending on your phone/computer monitor settings. Each rug is made entirely by hand, so there will always be variations in pattern, color, and exact size (up to 10 centimeters on each side) due to the organic nature of the materials, but we do our best to accurately capture details and color so you know what you are getting.
Where is my custom order?
We try to visit the artisans every two to three weeks to capture the weaving process. You will receive email updates either from the operations team or directly from the artisan. You will receive a tracking number from our team once the rug is shipped to you within 6-8-10 weeks.
Can I return my rug?
All one-of-a-kind orders are final and we do not accept exchanges or returns. For custom orders, you have 24 hours from the time of order to make any adjustments before weaving begins. After this time, orders will be handed over to the artisans and cannot be adjusted.

How long does it take to get my rug?
For existing customized orders, we aim to have it delivered to you within 7-10 business days. For customized orders, we aim to have the rug delivered within 10-12 weeks unless otherwise stated. If you require a rug to meet a specific timeframe, please email us at [email protected].

How much does shipping cost?
All of our prices include the cost of standard global shipping. Import taxes may apply for customers residing outside the United States.
How long does shipping take
According to our conservative estimates, the delivery time is 5-7 days from the time of departure from Khenifra. At the same time, the delivery time usually does not exceed 5 days.
How do I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information for your order. We use FedEx International for all of our shipments. If FedEx does not deliver to your area, DHL and UPS are two alternatives.
What do I do if my rug is damaged during shipping?
We take every measure to keep your rug safe during transportation, but if something happens in transit, please email us at [email protected] and we will handle the situation.
Do you charge sales tax?
Taxes are factored into the price of the rug. Any shipping outside of the United States will be subject to applicable tax.
